The apartments at the Mantra was not serviced until we requested it on day 4. They were short staffed. With lots of luggage there was no staff to assist you getting to your room. I felt sorry for the elderly as there were no lifts. However, we enjoyed our stay and the pool area was fantastic but the pool could be a bit warmer.
Palm Cove is a wonderful village atmosphere with beautiful views and is highly recommended.
